Privacy Policy

The TEHOM Experience, Inc.

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The TEHOM Experience, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information connected with The TEHOM Experience, Inc., including its public pages, contact features, and the services described below. It covers information we receive directly and technical information collected when the site is used. It does not replace a separate agreement or notice expressly applicable to a particular service, and it does not govern independent websites simply because we link to them.

The operator responsible for this website is The TEHOM Experience, Inc.. Bronze Plated may provide website design or technical services; that role does not make Bronze Plated the owner of every client website or the controller of all client information. For this website’s privacy questions, use Contact TEHOM and identify your message as a privacy request.

We receive information you enter in a form, account, request, or other communication, such as your name, email address, telephone number if supplied, organization, and the content of your message. We also receive correspondence and records needed to respond. We obtain this information from you or someone acting with your permission, rather than requiring you to disclose information unrelated to your request.

Educational and partnership inquiries may include your organization, interests, learning goals, or proposed collaboration. A message about faith or community support can reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive information; share only what is necessary. The public website describes initiatives including 8 & Change, The TEHOM Text, and the proposed Alpha Comms concept. A description or demonstration does not itself create a learner account or enroll you in an app. If a separate app, program, or registration collects additional information, the notice presented with that service applies alongside this policy. We do not request children’s personal information through general partnership inquiries.

Our website, hosting, security, and delivery systems can receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, dates and times, referring page, approximate location inferred from an IP address, errors, and security or spam signals. This information comes from your browser or device and service providers involved in delivering the site. It helps deliver pages, identify failed requests, prevent abuse, and understand use. An IP-based location is not the same as access to your device’s precise GPS location.

Where comments, uploads, or account features are available, the information visible or requested in that feature is also collected. Public comments can be read, copied, and indexed by others. Avoid posting private information in any public area. A profile picture or third-party identity feature may contact its provider when used.

We use relevant information to operate this faith-informed education, community initiatives, technology learning, and educational resources website; respond to requests; deliver requested resources or services; maintain accounts where offered; process or support an authorized transaction where applicable; communicate about an existing request; diagnose errors; protect users and the site from spam, fraud, or unauthorized access; maintain appropriate records; and meet legal obligations or handle disputes. We may use aggregate or de-identified usage information to improve navigation and content, without attempting to reidentify it.

We do not sell or rent visitor personal information. We do not use this site to run advertising campaigns or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing text messages. A response to a request, account notice, or transaction-related communication is different from an optional newsletter. If you separately request email updates, you may stop those updates using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.

WordPress, hosting, and embedded services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies. Essential functions can include keeping an authenticated session, remembering a preference, protecting forms, preventing repeated spam, and supporting security. Usage-measurement tools, where enabled, may record pages or interactions to help understand site performance. These tools are not permission for advertising or selling personal information.

You can review, block, or delete cookies in your browser and manage any choices the site presents. Blocking all storage may affect logins, forms, or media. If applicable law requires permission for an optional technology, that technology must be used only on the required basis; this policy is a disclosure, not consent to every optional cookie. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have one uniform implementation across all services. Our no-sale and no-behavioral-advertising practices apply regardless of that signal. Where legally applicable, recognized opt-out preference signals must be honored for covered processing.

A video, social feed, map, external link, or payment feature may communicate directly with its provider. Loading an embed can disclose an IP address, device information, page address, and cookies even if you do not submit a form here. If you are signed in to that provider, it may associate activity with your account. Clicking an external link subjects the destination interaction to that provider’s terms and privacy notice. We do not control independent providers’ systems or extend our policy to their separate services.

The providers actually involved depend on the page or feature you use. Examples on these websites include WordPress and hosting infrastructure, form and anti-spam tools, and any video, social, map, or transaction provider identified in the relevant feature. We do not treat simply visiting a linked business as consent to receive marketing from that business.

Relevant information may be accessible to people authorized to handle your request and to service providers supplying hosting, website administration, email delivery, forms, backups, security, analytics where enabled, and transaction processing where applicable. A website maintainer may have technical access needed to support the site. Providers should receive only the information needed for their function and handle it under the applicable instructions, agreements, and law.

Information may also be disclosed when you direct or authorize us to do so; when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a valid legal process, or a lawful authority request; to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a genuine reorganization or transfer of the operation, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements. A statement that we do not sell data does not mean the site has no hosting, email, security, or other necessary service providers.

Do not send passwords, full card information, identity documents, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general form. If your request involves another person, share identifying details only when you have authority and they are necessary. We do not request biometric identifiers, precise device location, or government identification as a condition of ordinary browsing. If additional sensitive information is actually needed for a particular service, use the appropriate agreed channel and notice.

Retention depends on the information and why it is held. Correspondence may be retained while resolving the request and for a reasonable record of the relationship. Account information, where accounts exist, may be retained while the account is active. Transaction or service records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, warranty, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Technical and security records may be retained for troubleshooting, protection, and evidence of misuse.

We consider purpose, sensitivity, ongoing need, applicable retention duties, and dispute requirements rather than promising one period for every record. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it should be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements. Backups may persist until their normal replacement cycle, with access restricted to appropriate recovery purposes. A deletion request may not require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

The site uses HTTPS and the security features provided by its hosting, WordPress, and configured protection tools. Appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are important to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. No website, email system, internet transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and this policy does not promise perfect security. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you believe information connected with this site has been compromised. Any legally required incident notices will be handled under applicable law.

You can choose not to submit optional information, change browser settings, unsubscribe from optional emails, and contact us about information associated with you. Use Contact TEHOM; include the website name, the account or correspondence email involved, and whether you seek access, correction, deletion, a copy, or another choice. Do not send your password or a full identity document with your first request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority, and we will respond within the period applicable law requires.

Where the law gives you these rights, you may request information about collection and disclosure, access or a portable copy, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to particular processing, withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent, or an appeal of a denied request. Some rights have exceptions and depend on the location, nature of the processing, and the law applicable to this operator. We do not retaliate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority where permitted.

For applicable United States state privacy laws, the categories described above include identifiers and contact details, communications, internet or device activity, and the service, account, or transaction details relevant to the feature. Sources include you, your browser, and service providers. Purposes and recipient categories are described above. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share children’s information for those purposes. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics for advertising.

If European, UK, or other regional data-protection law applies to our processing, the relevant grounds may include responding to steps you request before a contract, performing an agreement, meeting a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as operating and securing the site where lawful, and consent where required. You may have the right to contact your local supervisory authority. Hosting, communications, and other providers may process information in the United States or elsewhere. Any legally required transfer safeguards must be used; visiting the site is not a waiver of protections or blanket consent to an otherwise unlawful transfer.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of online services. Children should not submit identifying information, private contact details, creative submissions, or information about other children through general website forms. An adult should handle an inquiry, transaction, or registration on a child’s behalf where appropriate. A child-focused interactive service requires the notices, parental permissions, and other protections applicable to that service; this general policy is not a substitute for those protections.

If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted without appropriate permission, contact us, identify the relevant page or account, and avoid sending additional sensitive information. We will evaluate the request and take steps required by applicable law, including deletion or appropriate parental-consent handling where required.

We may revise this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies this version. For a material change, we will provide additional notice when required. A new notice does not authorize retroactive use inconsistent with a prior binding promise or an applicable consent requirement. Questions and requests should be directed to The TEHOM Experience, Inc. through Contact TEHOM.
